Main Functions of Coated Peanut Swing Roasting Oven

    Automatic Swinging

The machine features an automatic swinging mechanism that continuously shakes the peanut bed during baking. This prevents adhesion and ensures all peanuts receive uniform heat exposure, resulting in consistent color and texture.

    Multiple Heating Modes

Choose from electric heating, gas heating, or coal heating based on your energy availability and cost considerations. Each heating mode provides fast and efficient heat transfer.

    Temperature Control

Equipped with an automatic temperature control device, the oven maintains precise temperature settings between 180-220℃ for optimal roasting results.

    Food-Safe Construction

All parts in contact with food are made of stainless steel, ensuring food safety, hygiene, and easy cleaning.

    Working Principle

The machine uses electric heating tubes to generate heat within a semi-enclosed, insulated chamber. A temperature control system utilizes hot a ir as the drying medium, transferring thermal energy to the roasting materials.

The materials are placed on a reciprocating vibrating sieve, which is driven by a variable-speed eccentric cam. A conical mixing device installed in the center of the sieve continuously stirs and tumbles the materials, ensuring uniform heating and effectively improving roasting quality.

The swing tray support frame is suspended by four universal joint connecting rods, with the front end fixed to the eccentric cam plate. During discharge, the front baffle is pneumatically opened while the rear lifting cylinder is activated. At the same time, the swing tray continues to oscillate and tilt, enabling automatic material discharge.

Coated Peanut Swing Roasting Oven - Operation Guide

    Pre-Operation Checklist

Follow these steps to operate the coated peanut swing roasting oven efficiently:

    Operation Steps

    Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Press the heating button and allow the oven to reach the desired temperature (180-220℃). This typically takes 15-20 minutes.

Step 2: Load the Coated Peanuts

Pull out the shaker drawer and load the coated peanuts. Fill to approximately 80% of the cage volume (about 40 kg per batch) for optimal roasting results.

Step 3: Start the Swinging Process

Push the shaker drawer back into the oven and start the motor button. The flat screen will begin shaking at 40-60 times per minute, ensuring even heat distribution.

    Step 4: Monitor the Roasting

Every 5-10 minutes, pull out the shaker and check the peanuts. Remove a few samples to taste and verify the roasting is complete. The baking time is typically around 20 minutes.

    Step 5: Stop and Unload

When the peanuts are ready (uniform color, no scorching, deformation, or peeling), stop the swing by pulling the clutch handle. Open the outlet switch and unload the roasted peanuts.

    Maintenance Tips

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your swing roasting oven:

    Daily Maintenance

    • Clean the oven interior and the shaker drawer after each use
    • Remove any accumulated residue from the cone-shaped mixing devices
    • Check the heating elements for any damage
    • Inspect the swinging mechanism for smooth operation

    Weekly Maintenance

    • Lubricate the moving parts and bearings
    • Check all electrical connections for tightness
    • Inspect the heating elements for wear
    • Clean the temperature control sensors

    Precautions for Use

    Important safety and operational guidelines:

    • Do not overload the oven - maximum 40 kg per batch (80% of cage volume)
    • Keep the roasting temperature below 210℃ to prevent scorching
    • Check peanut samples regularly during the roasting process
    • Remove peanuts when they are uniformly colored without scorching, deformation, or peeling
    • Never touch hot surfaces or reach into the oven while it’s operating
    • Disconnect power before performing any maintenance or cleaning
